About Jerrissa
J believes one of life’s biggest decisions should never feel like a sales pitch.
After spending more than a decade in retail management, she realized she wanted a career where success wasn’t measured by what she sold, but by the impact she could make. That desire led her to real estate, where she has spent the past 12 years helping people navigate one of life’s biggest milestones with confidence.
Too often, buying or selling a home can feel rushed or transactional. J believes her role is the opposite. Whether she’s helping a buyer find the right home or helping a seller maximize the value of one of their biggest investments, her focus is always the same: educate first, listen carefully, and provide honest guidance without pressure. She is committed to helping her clients make confident decisions that align with their goals, not anyone else’s timeline.
While her career began in new home sales, J chose to expand into resale real estate because she believes her clients deserve guidance across the entire market. Rather than being limited to one type of home, she wanted the opportunity to help buyers and sellers explore every option and make informed decisions based on what’s truly best for them.
Outside of real estate, J enjoys traveling with her husband, discovering local coffee shops, supporting Central Valley businesses, and finding new ways to connect with the community she proudly serves. She has also recently taken up running, something she’s still convinced is more character-building than enjoyable.
For J, success has never been about closing a transaction, it’s about making sure her clients feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. Whether she’s helping someone find the perfect place to call home or guiding a seller through one of their most significant financial decisions, her goal is always the same: to be a trusted advocate who puts people before the sale.
